AGENT OPEN HOUSE

Rules:

Must be a Georgia licensed real estate salesperson or broker with current, active license to participate. No purchase necessary to win, but must be present at the drawing for MountainCraft Builders Agent Open House Event at Hunts Ridge on 3/4/2025. No more than one prize per winner. Participants will be given a ticket stub at each of eight homes in the Hunts Ridge subdivision prior to the drawing, and agents may visit as many or few houses as desired, but odds of winning increase with more homes visited. Participants will need to keep all ticket stubs to claim prizes. After lunch (provided by the event promoter), and a brief presentation, drawings for each House Prize will be first, and all entries will be added together for First Prize and Grand Prize drawings. Grand Prize winner will need to complete required tax paperwork as a condition of awarding the prize, and will receive a 1099 for the value of the prize. Prizes will be collected after the event, and after verification of winning entry and paperwork as required. In the event of a participant being unwilling or unable to be awarded a prize, another drawing will be held from business cards collected at the event and the winning participant will be contacted.
